What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us through the forms on this site: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and whatever details you include about your property or your situation. We also collect standard, non-identifying web analytics such as pages visited and referring source.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare the valuation or analysis you asked for, and follow up about selling or buying a home. That's the whole list.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to lead-generation companies or third-party marketers. We do not add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us operate — our website host, email provider, and customer relationship software — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service you requested. If your transaction moves forward, we share information with the parties required to close it: the title company, lender, closing agent, and cooperating brokers, as the transaction requires. We also disclose information where required by law or by Florida real estate regulation.
Communications
By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your property or inquiry. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or simply telling us. Message and data rates may apply.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what's necessary to function, plus basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. If we add an approved IDX property-search provider in the future, that provider may set its own cookies to remember your saved searches and favorites; its privacy policy will govern that data.
Data retention and security
We keep inquiry records as long as needed to serve you and to meet Florida real estate recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@SaveEquityRealty.com and we'll handle it, subject to records we're legally required to retain.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
